Republican Sinn Féin has been inundated with calls from concerned residents in the Carnlough  area of North Antrim after a spate of anti social behavior and burglaries took place over the last few weeks, Sinn Féin Poblachtach urges people to remain vigilant and not to leave valuable items in their cars as some residents had items stolen from their vehicles

Sinn Féin Poblachtach Reps in the Carnlough  area will be calling to the residents in the coming days to discuss the ongoing situation in the hopes of getting a community watch scheme of some sorts set up 

Republican Sinn Féin rep for the area says “the scourge of drugs in our areas now leads to an increase in burglaries to fuel their addiction and urge all to attend anti drug rallies such as what was held in Lurgan recently. As communities we must come together and stamp out all anti social behavior and drugs in all our areas “
