On July 27th Sinn Féin Poblachtach activists held an hour long picket at the gates of the Turkish Embassy on Dublin’s Raglan Road in solidarity with the Hunger Strikers Nuriye Gülmen & Semih Özakça.
The 26 County Special Branch showed up and names with addresses were taken. A Gardá Sargent was then called from the local station to watch over the remainder of the protest. As usual taxpayers being money well spent from this corrupt arm of the counter-revolutionary Leinster House cartel.
The struggle for Irish freedom is part of a wider international struggle against imperialist policies and regimes. From this perspective we stand shoulder to shoulder with those comrades in Turkey who Hunger for Justice.
