“On Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Special non-jury Court [of injustice] in Dublin three community activists and members of Republican Sinn Féin were released on bail with strict draconian bail conditions, effectively a form of internment.

The three men,Jonathan Hawthorn, Dónall Ó Ceallaigh and Jimmy Geraghty, were charged with membership of the Irish Republican Army/Óglaigh na hÉireann on September 16.
The three must appear again on October 24.

We would like to thank everybody for their support for these three tireless political and community activists, and the many messages of goodwill from those unable to attend the courts.”
