“Three men were charged today, September 16, with membership of Óglaigh na hÉireann/Irish Republican Army in the three-judge non-jury court in Dublin.

Jonathan Hawthorn (Ard Chomhairle member), Jimmy Geraghty and Dónall Ó Ceallaigh, all members of Republican Sinn Féin, were remanded in custody until Tuesday next.”
