British Hostilities in Maghaberry Continue

PRISON1

Preas Ráitheas / Press Release, August 12, 2016

“More tensions this morning Friday, August 12.

“The alarm was hit again not long after the POWs were let out of their cells this morning. This tactic of setting off the alarm has worked well for the screws who can claim that they were intimidated or threatened or whatever they want to say. The screws who assaulted the POWs two days ago were brought onto Roe 4 as well this morning along with the many other screws. The truth is that this ‘show of numbers’ is an attempt to intimidate the POWs into conforming to Britain’s criminalisation policy.

“Contact with any of the POWs on Roe 4 is limited as the phone calls are cut to a minimum. This too is an attempt to intimidate, to keep the families from knowing what is happening to their family member.
