On Wednesday June 22, Sinn Féin Poblachtach member Dónall Ó Ceallaigh from Dublin is to appear in the CCJ, Parkgate Sreet at 10am to appeal a court order imposed by Judge Watkin last February.

Dónall along with other community activists had been resisting the installation of water meters on July 14 of last year in Dun Laoghaire. This resulted in arrests been made. Dónall been charged then taking straight to court.

Two court appearances followed with Dónall receiving a sentence of one month’s imprisonment.

All support at the court next Wednesday would be greatly appreciated as it is very likely Dónall will be imprisoned.
