Republican Sinn Féin wish to share to following statement which was published in the SAOIRSE, Irish Freedom newspaper and other media outlets recently.  Sadly, the name of Irish Republicanism has been misappropriated by criminal elements over the last number of years.  However the integrity of the Republican Movement we believe is there for all to see, in 2013 the President of Republican Sinn Féin wrote an opinion piece, In Defense of Irish Republicanism, which is very fitting to re-visit given the recent allegations in the tabloid gutter press.

In a statement issued to media on February 7, 2016 the Continuity IRA said; “The Continuity IRA wishes to state that we did not have any involvement in Friday’s shooting at the Regency Hotel, Dublin.
