“Republican Sinn Féin extends solidarity to five of its members from Tyrone & Armagh who tomorrow are to be brought before a British Crown Court of occupation facing a series of draconian charges emanating from participation in a so-called un-notified and illegal parade.

The reality remains true republicans will never ask for permission to walk, march or parade on their own streets.  We will not sully the memory of those we commemorate by recognizing those they fought to remove.

Oppressive British rule must be removed in order for democracy to be restored in Ireland, until that certain day, continuity not compromise.”
